Life Sports Club offers robust programs designed and developed around the goal of transforming every family, athlete, and coach to grow champions in life. Each activity offered at the club is carefully planned and tailored with the aim of instilling healthy sportsmanship, building character and raising generations of future leaders.

Our programs accommodate each age group, placing them in the right program and activities to suit their age. They carry athletes through a complete life cycle, beginning from children learning basic sport skills at the age of 3 all the way through to seniors maintaining an active lifestyle. We believe sports should be a life companion for all family members.

At Life Sports Club, children and youth can explore interests and passions through experiential learning: learning through experience and hands-on activities. By exposing children to a range of over 20 sports and activities with no external or internal pressure, little ones can discover the most suitable sport for them naturally.

Athletic programs offered at Life include football, basketball, volleyball, handball, swimming, water polo, tennis, squash, gymnastics, padel tennis, karate, and Taekwondo.

In addition to our athletic programs, we offer engaging and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy such as e-gaming, skateboarding, yoga, spinning, a parkour zone, trampolining, challenge course and paddle tennis.

The primary reason children and youth participate and enjoy sports is fun. This is the driving force behind Life Sports Club. We want to ensure they enjoy the sport activities offered. All the wins, losses, discipline, teamwork, commitment, communication and fun in sports prepare children for life.

Life Sports Club considers inclusion in sports a must, because no child should miss out. We strive to accommodate all physical capabilities across all our recreational and competitive programs. Regardless of physical challenges, we wish to provide the building blocks of sportsmanship and character development for all children and youth.

Athletes

Through the facilitation of our various athletic programs, coaches work on the mental, emotional and physical aspects of an athlete’s development. No matter the age group, we are committed to building a growth mindset within each athlete to help them embrace challenges and learn from critical feedback.

We believe that athletes should focus on the two things they are in control of: their attitude and the amount of effort they put into a goal. In both life and sports, there are no excuses for a bad attitude or not making enough of an effort.

All athletes undergo sessions for mental coaching to break stress and fear-related issues to their sports training. This helps build confidence and give them the tools to navigate dealing with their emotions before, during and after training and competition periods. By committing to their mental health as well as their physical health, our athletes commit to becoming the best versions of themselves they can possibly be.
